How long will my order take?
We aim to get all orders delivered within two weeks. Orders may be dispatched much quicker than this and at busy times it might take slightly longer. If you order is going to be delayed we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
A timescale for commissioned products will be agreed when the order is placed.
Do you gift wrap?
We offer a free, high quality gift wrapping service and are able to send a note if you wish to send your order direct to the recipient. Please contact us at the checkout for more information.

You can pay via credit/debit card using our online store, or through paypal if you have a paypal account.
What's your return policy?
We will try to accommodate you where we can when it comes to returns.
We aim to create high quality products that the customer is really satisfied with. However if there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will endeavor to repair or replace your product.
We regret that specially commissioned products may not be able to be returned, unless they do not meet the required specifications you commissioned.
